St. Michael the Archangel

It is surprising that all Christians and those of the Jewish Faith don't have some devotion to the Mighty Archangel, Michael---for his powerful mission to assist us is noted in both the Old and New Testaments.  In the Book of Daniel, the Angel Gabriel was prevented from going to Daniel until Michael came to help him by fighting against the Persians:

"Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thy heart to understand, to afflict thyself in the sight of thy God, thy words have been heard:  and I am come for thy words.  But the prince of the kingdom of the Persians resisted me one and twenty days: and behold Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me...."  (Daniel 10:12-13) 

Further, in the prophecy of Daniel, Michael's role is defined as someone who helps the children of God in the end times:

"But at that time shall Michael rise up, the great prince, who standeth for the children of thy people: and a time shall come such as never was from the time that nations began even until that time.  And at that time shall thy people be saved, every one that shall be found written in the book.  (Daniel 12:1)

In the New Testament, we read about how the Archangel Michael fights with the devil to defeat him:  "And there was a great battle in heaven, Michael and his angels fought with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels:  And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.  And that great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, who seduceth the whole world; and he was cast unto the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him." (Rev./Apocalypse 12:7-9)

                                  Historical Consideration - The Vision of Pope Leo XIII

It is historically documented that on October 13, 1884, Pope Leo XIII had just finished praying the Mass in his Vatican Chapel when he suddenly heard a conversation between Our Lord, Who spoke with a gentle voice, and Satan, speaking with a noticeably guttural voice.  Satan bragged that, if given more time and power he could destroy the Church.  The Lord asked Him how much time and power he needed.  Satan responded, "75-100 years, and a greater power over those who will give themselves over to my service." 

It sounds odd that Satan would be permitted to make such a request, but Scripture tells us that Simon Peter was tested in the same way: 
            "And the Lord said:  Simon, Simon, behold Satan hath desired to have you,
            that he may sift you as wheat:  But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not,
            and thou, being once converted, confirm thy brethren."  (Luke 22:31-32)

Our Lord granted Satan and his demons the time and the power.....
                                "And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to
                                  overcome them.  And power was given him over every tribe,
                                  and people, and tongue, and nation."    (Apocalypse/Rev. 13:7)

Yes, Satan was given the time and the power, but he did not count on several important factors. 

Pope Leo went immediately to his room and composed the "Prayer to St. Michael," which is found at the top of this page.  St. Michael's powerful assistance is invoked through special prayers during exorcisms.  It's a good practice to pray the Prayer to St. Michael each morning, when we get in the car, and whenever circumstances present the extra opportunity.

The Virgin Mary gave the following message at Medjugorje 1984-1985  - "The hour has come when the demon is authorized to act with all his force and power.  The present hour, is the hour of Satan."

Jesus explained to Peter that His Church would not succumb to the devil:  "And I say to thee:  That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."  (Matthew 16:18)

Exactly 33 years to the day following that vision of Pope Leo, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared at Fatima, Portugal, and over 70,000 people witnessed the great "Miracle of the Sun," (as explained on the "Apparitions" tab.) That miracle solidified belief in the Fatima apparitions (as she had promised months earlier, that on that day she would "perform a miracle so that all might believe.")  Devotion to the Virgin Mary grew, and as all her children know, devotion to her...leads to a very deep love and devotion to her Son, Jesus Christ.

We must understand the great battle for our souls that is taking place....day by day, hour by hour.  As Satan was permitted to test Simon-Peter and the Catholic Church, he is also permitted to test us.  In fact, in the Book of Daniel, Ch.12:10, it states: 

"Many shall be chosen, and made white, and shall be tried as fire:  and the wicked shall deal wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the learned shall understand."

                                                 Apparition of St. Michael in Mexico                    
In 1631, 100 years after the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared in Mexico as "Our Lady of Guadalupe," St. Michael the Archangel appeared to another native, Diego Lazaro, in Tlaxcala, Mexico.

This was a major apparition in which he revealed to the visionary the location of a spring of miraculous water for healing.

"Know my son, that I am St. Michael, the Archangel.  I come to tell you that it is God's Will and mine, that you tell the neighbors of this village and of its surroundings, that in a ravine, which is made of two hills and is in front of this place, can be found a spring of miraculous water for all infirmities.  It is under a big boulder.  Don't doubt what I tell you, nor put aside what I command you."

The visionary didn't think anyone would believe him, so he kept the information to himself, but within just a few days he fell so gravely ill from an apparent heat stroke that he lay dying.  One day, as his family was gathered around his bed, suddenly a bolt of lightening appeared to come right into his hut.  In great fear, his family quickly scattered for their own safety.  However, neither the straw hut nor Diego Lazaro were harmed, for it signaled the arrival of St. Michael the Archangel, who appeared to him and healed him.  He then showed Lazaro where the healing spring was.  He told him:

"Here, where I touch with my staff, is the fountain that I spoke of while you were in the procession.  You  must make it known, or you will be gravely punished."  As he spoke, he touched the ground with his golden staff and a bright light came from heaven to reveal the location of the spring.

"This light which you have seen descend from heaven is the virtue which God is giving to this spring for the health and healing of all infirmities and necessities.  Make it known to all."

Diego Lazaro finally went to the authorities in the area, but no one believed him.  So he and his family went to the location revealed by St. Michael and found the boulder just as the Archangel had told him.  But even with the combined strength of all that were there, they couldn't move it.  Suddenly a handsome young man came and helped them.  By only his "touch" the boulder began to move easily.  They dug and found the clear spring water.  No one ever saw the stranger again.

Diego once more neglected his responsibility.  About 6 months later, he suddenly fell ill while attending Mass.  He painfully made his way back to his hut, when St. Michael appeared to him for the 3rd time and spoke in a very strong voice:

"Why are you a coward and negligent in fulfilling what I entrusted to you?  Do you wish that I punish you by another means for your disobedience?  Get up and make known what I have commanded you."

Again he was immediately healed.  This time he went right away to the miraculous spring and filled several containers with the water and took them to the Bishop.  The Bishop commanded that the water be given to the sick at his own residence and at the local hospital.  Those who drank it were miraculously healed.  Over the centuries many, many subsequent miracles have been attributed to the miraculous water....not only physical cures, but conversions as well.

 St. Michael has recently been appearing at the Holy Love apparition site.  Details of these apparitions are explained at the "Holy Love" tab on this web-site.  The following are some of his messages.

"I am Michael who stands before the Throne of God.  All praise, glory and honor be to Jesus.

We are attacked, but never defeated, under siege, but always upheld.  Though the smoke of Satan may rise as dense fog around us, my sword quickly cuts through it and purifies the air around the mission.

9/1/03 (St. Michael @ Holy Love apparition - "The time is coming when I will appear on the site and establish a respite of prayer for rebellious souls.  There, parents of wayward children will find peace.  Even the most reluctant souls will find their way back to the heart of Jesus through petitions laid at my feet in this most precious area of the property.  Most of all priests will find their way back to the true tradition of faith."




3/14/06 Holy Love Apparition-The visionary says: St. Michael comes.  He says:  "Praise be to Jesus.  I have come to establish in the world a devotion to my Shield, which is truth itself.  These times are evil.  Satan is on the prowl trying to snatch souls from the path of righteousness at every turn.  Therefore, Jesus has sent me with this prayer on my lips for all mankind."

               St. Michael, you are our defender and safeguard against evil.
               Place your Shield of Truth over us and defend us in the battle
               which Satan wages against truth.  Help us to see the righteous
               path of Holy Love.  Clarify our choices between good and evil
               by placing us always behind your Shield of Truth.  Amen

3/15/06 St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus in His Angels and in His Saints.  Stop a moment and think now about this devotion the world has just been given--the devotion to my Shield, which is Truth itself.  If every soul could make decisions according to truth, sin would be alleviated and the New Jerusalem would be here, now!  This is so because all sin is inspired by Satan's lies.  Think of it:  No more abortion, apostasy or heresy, no more corruption in church and world politics.  There would be peace in hearts, in families and in the world.  Yes, this is what victory would be---a Triumph of Truth.  When I return, I will reveal to you and to the world the promises attendant to this devotion."

3/16/06  St. Michael says:  "Praise be to Jesus.  I have come to state the promises attendant to the prayer of protection of my Shield.  But they will be denied those who pray the prayer merely to test its validity.

1. Those who seek Holy Truth in decisions will be made to see the Light of Truth and the darkness of Satan's lies.
2. The truths of the Tradition of Faith will be revealed to those who seek this with sincerity.  The evil of liberalism will be brought to light.
3. Satan, who opposes Holy Truth, will not be able to penetrate the Shield I place over hearts.  His lies will be repelled by this Mighty Shield.

Thank you for listening.  I am with you always."

3/16/06  St. Michael comes.  He says:  "Praise be to Jesus.  I invite you to look closely now at my Shield.  Emblazoned upon it are the United Hearts.  This is why my Shield is so powerful.  The United Hearts are the embodiment of Holy Truth, indeed, the embodiment of the Ten Commandments.  This devotion will spread quickly.  Be assured."

3/16/06 St. Michael comes.  He says:  "Praise be to Jesus." (He tells the visionary) "Your point is well taken.  You ask what about the people who are living a lie in some area of their lives.  Our Lady extends this grace to them.  Since they believe that the lie or lies they have accepted in their hearts are the truth, they are not open to taking up my Shield.  But because even the greatest sinner is so loved by the Immaculate Mary, She instructs me to tell you that if you extend the anointing of St. Michael to such a soul, even from a distance, these souls will be given the grace of being shown Holy Truth. Of course, as with any grace, it is up to free will as to whether or not it is accepted. "

3/19/06 St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  I have come to make known to you that when you extend my blessing--the anointing of St. Michael to a soul--the tip of my Sword pierces the heart of the one you pray for.  Thus, in my anointing, the heart is pierced with the truth, for my Sword is also Holy Truth."

                  TO EXTEND THE BLESSING, SAY:

                   "I extend to...(insert name)...
                    the anointing of St. Michael."

4/29/06 (Mary @ Holy Love apparition)  "...as 'Protectress of the Faith,' I am able to pierce hearts with St. Michael's Sword and hold these hearts open to receive the truth willingly.  This way, hearts will not receive the truth one minute and reject it the next.  Therefore, when you impart to someone the anointing of St. Michael, also say,

              "Mary, Protectress of the Faith,
                        come to my aid." 

"This prayer holds sway over many powers of evil, but not over free will."


4/29/06 (From St. Thomas Aquinas) "St. Michael's Shield and his anointing offer the truth, but the soul may, through his free well, choose to reject it.  The lies of Satan cannot penetrate the Shield, but the soul with his free will may choose not to accept the truth, but to cling to the lies as he has in the past.  St. Michael's Shield is an opportunity of grace.  The added petition, 'Mary, Protectress of the Faith, come to may aid,' extends the window of opportunity to accept the truth."

November 5, 2011 - St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  I am Michael the Archangel. I come to enlighten you, and all, concerning truth.

When my Shield of Truth passes over a soul, he is enlightened as to the truth, and the truth that is in his heart is safeguarded; but I have not told you about my sword. The tip of my sword plays an integral part in bringing about the conversion of a heart. It is my sword which pricks the heart and convicts the soul in the truth."

"Many today have had the truth revealed to them, and yet do not stand convicted of the ways in which they do not live in the truth. It is this conviction of heart - this piercing of the heart - that redirects souls on the path of righteousness.  You see, this is not only my effort in piercing the heart, but a movement of the free will to allow it."

November 6, 2011 - St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  The Lord desires that I speak to you once again about conversion of heart. Every soul at some point in time is given the grace of an illumination of conscience; that is to say, spiritually my Shield of Truth is placed over them. Whether or not the soul allows my sword of conviction to penetrate his heart is according to his own free will."

"When the soul refuses to accept the truth as it applies to himself, he is, in effect, exonerating himself of any faults, failings or iniquity. He does not repent, therefore, and is not cast into God's Ocean of Mercy. He rejects conversion of heart and his own salvation."

"Once the sword of conviction is allowed to prick the heart, however, the soul must trust in God's Divine Mercy. He must not allow Satan, the accuser, to over and over accuse him of past sins - sins already deposited in the bank of mercy."

"Jesus sends me to you to explain in more depth the process of conversion; for so many come to this site are given an illumination of conscience in truth but refuse the sword of conviction - falsely discounting any error on their part. Pray that my sword of conviction bears fruit."

5/26/06  St. Michael is here and says:  'Praise be to Jesus.'  Tonight, my brothers and sisters, I have come especially to invite each of you to  become warriors of truth.  Truth is the only weapon that is not in Satan's arsenal.  It is the weapon that will expose him.  You must be standards of truth in today's society which bears witness to many lies and compromises.' "


3/6/11 St. Michael comes. He says: "Praise be to Jesus.  Once again I come to reveal the truth where it lies hidden. Satan deploys his minions upon the heart of the world in vicious attempts to separate the hearts of men from God. One of his greatest weapons is a guilty heart. Such a heart cannot accept his own sinful nature. This unforgiveness of self keeps him from understanding the depths of God's Mercy."

"Divine Mercy comes clothed in Holy Love and embraces every repentant heart. The soul that does not understand this cannot travel the road of spiritual growth or pursue a deeper journey into the Chambers of the United Hearts - no matter how much he prays or sacrifices.  Forgiveness of self is the first step to sanctification."


5/30/07  St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  Today I have come to continue the information being sent into the world through you on Purgatory. It is important for people to understand that Purgatory is a grace--a place of God's Mercy and Love. It is a source of purification because souls stained with sin cannot enter Heaven. The holy souls realize this, and through every purification, their greatest suffering is not being in the presence of God. The holy souls love God's Divine Will so much, however, that they want to be purified so that they are worthy of the Beatific Vision."

"Souls in Purgatory suffer according to the lack of Holy Love they were guilty of in the world. Remember, sin is always some flaw in Holy Love. It behooves the soul to know himself well while he is on pilgrimage in the world so that he can overcome flaws in Holy Love, and repent for them before death.  In this light, My Shield of Truth should be used to uncover false virtue and even the smallest flaws."

                                             
4/6/09  St. Michael descends in front of me in a big flame which disappears. He says: "Praise be to Jesus.  That was the flame of righteousness and truth. God the Father sends me now with this most appropriate prayer for these times."

          St. Michael, valiant warrior against errors, place your Shield of Truth over all nations
          of the world. Illuminate the hearts of every government leader to see the ways that Satan
          is separating mankind from the Will of God.  With your Sword of Truth, give all people
          the light to understand that all human life is the precious creation of God and must never be
          destroyed. Let no law be legislated that supports and protects sin.  With your Sword and your
          Shield of Truth, place God in the center of all hearts and as the leader of all nations. Amen."


9/29/10  St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  Today I am sent as a Heavenly messenger to point out that the world is becoming smaller, not only by virtue of telecommunications, but also through modern weaponry. Long distances are now instantly overcome simply by the press of a button."

"The reason and scope of this Mission is to unite the world in Holy Love. Modern communications can accomplish this in an exerted effort. But success is in the acceptance of free will towards this end. As I told you years ago, in as much power as God has given me, I am completely helpless in the face of man's free will.  Therefore, I have come to say, pray always for man's free will to surrender to Holy Love."


12/15/10  St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  The Lord God sends me with a prayer of petition - a prayer of necessity - for the conversion of the heart of the world and the Victory of Truth:"

               "Heavenly Father, Creator of the Universe, place over the heart of the world
               St. Michael's Shield of Truth. In so doing, convict the hearts of those far from
               You, dear Father, to pursue personal holiness by living in Holy Love. Help
               every soul to live in the Truth of Holy Love. Amen."

"While the Baptism of Truth is effective in immediate change, the heart of the world needs, in every present moment, the protection of my Shield of Truth."

6/12/11   St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  Today I tell you, the holy war that must be recognized and fought is not one ideology over another but the war between good and evil. Pray that the Holy Spirit is victorious in every heart - inspiring Holy Love; then the heart of every nation will be ruled by the Spirit of Truth. It is only in this way evil will be shown for what it is."

"No god exists who inspires the destruction of people and nations. Such so-called gods originate in the netherworld - such deceptive ideologies are satanic. Tolerance and silence concerning these false religions is not of God, and strengthens Satan's domain.   Do not be fearful in speaking out against these untruths."

8/24/11  St. Michael says: "Praise be to Jesus.  Yesterday your country experienced an earthquake - mild in nature but symbolic in many ways. The ground shook under the Capitol, symbolizing the shaky ground your government and its policies rest upon. The steeple on the National Cathedral fell off symbolizing the toll of liberalism on the interior of the Church in this country."

"Yet, to the insensitive heart, these exterior signs do not impact upon reason. This attitude challenges God to send greater, more profound, signs into an unbelieving and unresponsive world."

9/19/11  "St. Michael says:  "Praise be to Jesus.  These days people, for the most part, do not pay heed to what spirit is inspiring their thoughts, words and deeds.  This is the reason Satan holds sway over so many hearts and so many situations.  Mankind is never given the present moment to fritter away on worldly and selfish desires, but to fulfill God's Will and to serve his neighbor.

"Events are unfolding now which will test hearts and fulfill ancient prophecy.  Those that do not embrace Holy Love will lack understanding.  Many will be gripped by fear.  Pray for your leaders in religious circles and in governments that they will pay heed as to what spirit they follow."

4/6/11  (Mary)  "...You have governments and other institutions whose leaders live only to fulfill their own ambitions, and who try to impose their erroneous opinions into public actions....no one efficiently opposes them.  One such group is the United Nations.  Because there is corruption in the governments that are represented in the U.N., this body of nations makes rulings which no longer define the truth.  But because what is stated, or ruled, in this compromised body of nations is presented as truth, most people do not look beneath the surface.  This same maxim holds true whenever power is placed in the hands of corruption....."

7/2/11 (Mary)  "Dear children, a good mother always tries to foresee and forewarn her children about imminent danger.  So it is, that I, your Heavenly Mother, have come to caution each of you concerning the dangers at hand.  In the world today, there is an evil undercurrent seeking to destroy nations by attacking national pride and independence, and offering a 'New World Order' as the solution; but this is not the 'unity' God is calling you to.  Dissolving national borders is not God's plan for unity.  [This message was given a couple months before the Palestinian leader came to the UN to press for statehood, which affects Israel's borders.]  God is calling you to disintegrate the boundaries in your hearts which oppose Holy Love.  You must be united spiritually first in Holy Love before you can have true unitive peace in the world.  My dear children, Satan, these days, shows his hand in destroying once worthy and reliable institutions in an all-out-effort to bring people into this proposed one world government.  I speak specifically of the institution of marriage, religious institutions, financial institutions and governments.  There was an age past when the enemy of your salvation lured people secretly into his traps; now he is bringing his dirty work to light.  Now it is difficult in righteousness to know who to trust.  All of this is Satan's plan to destroy your security.  He wants you to turn to one leader--his leader.  But remember, if all power and authority is given to one leader, all control is given to that person, as well.  This is why this Mission has been established here amidst much confusion---even opposition.  We will persevere---admonishing error, no matter the source.  We must be the light of truth for the frightened and the confused.  We must be the consolation of truth for all people---all nations."

6/20/09  (Mary)  "During these perilous times much consideration is given to a 'New World Order.'  But, My dear children, this is an agenda of evil; it is a platform for the entrance of the Antichrist.  I come to you with Heaven's plan for order through universal Holy Love.  Until every heart chooses Holy Love, you will not have order and you will not have peace.  This is why My efforts amongst you here are ecumenical [embracing all denominations].  I come, not just for a few, but for all.  All hearts must choose to love God above all else and neighbor as self.  It is Holy Love in hearts that will give the world a new sense of order--a new direction in harmony with the Will of God and true peace.....If My Mission here were of no importance, it would not be under attack.  But Satan recognizes, more than most people, the significance of this Mission and the role it will play towards the Victory of My Son's Second Coming.....It is the hour--the moment--for the Victory of Holy and Divine Love.  Do not contribute to the defeat of God's call.  Be a part of the Victory."

8/5/06  (Jesus)  "I cannot redirect nations if their leaders will not listen.  However, the souls within each nation have the right to listen to Me.  I will speak then, to individual souls.  Do not be hungry for power, money or control.  Do not worry about your reputation amongst people.  In simplicity only try to appeal to me.  The way to appeal to Me is through Holy Love.  Pray, sacrifice and do penance.  I will never abandon you.  My Love is constant.  If you stray, I will always welcome you back.  Influence others to live the same way that I encourage you to live.  My Victory will come first in hearts, and then in the whole world."

3/12/95 (1995, Before our recent financial crisis- Mary)  "Dear children, today I invite you to recognize the season of tribulation that is upon you.  As in any season there are signs.  Recognize the cataclysmic natural events as from God.  These occur in order to return souls to God, Who is King of Heaven and Earth.  In the next season of tribulation you will find money systems failing and collapsing.  This will occur as a means of stripping people from the idol of money.  The next season I reveal to you My dear daughter, My dear people, is the apostasy, which will occur in the Church.  It will be as a winnowing fan separating the wheat from the chaff, and will take place mainly in the West.  Then the season of the Antichrist.  He will be in the world and in hearts.  Dear children, I reveal these things to you now, so that as these events unfold, you will recognize God's Hand in your midst.  Just as in nature, these seasons will overlap one another.  There will be no clear line of demarcation, but you will recognize them through Holy Love.  I am blessing you now."

8/5/04  (Jesus)  "...I have come to help you understand what those devoted to the world do not understand.  The world economy is based on mankind's love of consumerism.  Satan is taking charge of the world's finances.  He is putting into place the 'angel' chip, which in years just ahead all will find necessary to have in order to conduct even the simplest of business on a day-to-day-basis.  This 'angel' chip---so named to give it a positive image--will be inserted under the skin.  It will be touted as a way of finding lost children, making financial transactions more expedient and making readily available personal data in case of emergencies.  Here is the truth.  This 'angel' is a 'dark angel'.  It will be used by Satan to seat the Antichrist upon his throne.  By means of this chip--which will carry with it the mark of the beast---the adversary will be able to control minds.  He will, in an instant, know the whereabouts of all who wear it.  Through this little chip he will be able to ignite his brand of spirituality worldwide.

"Those who love Me--those who seek to live in the Divine Will--must never concede to wearing this 'dark angel' under their skin.  You, My chosen ones, must not allow Satan to manipulate you in this way.  You are Mine and I desire that you remain so.  Your welfare is in the Refuge of Our United Hearts.  We are united in Holy and Divine Love.  Do not leave My Mother and Me for the sake of that 'dark angel' which would cause you to lose your very soul.   Trust in My Provision.  I will care for each of you in unheard of ways---ways that you could not fathom.  My grace will pour into the lives of My Remnant.  You must not fear.  The hour is desperate for the millions who will follow Satan.  You must not be desperate.  You do not need all the answers of how you will survive.  You need trust.  My Remnant will be given opportunities to assist one another through Divine Providence.

"I have not come to frighten you, but to expose the truth of these times in which you live.  The days of the Antichrist's power will be shortened for the sake of the elect.  See that he is already preparing to mount his throne.  Never before have such blasphemous moral issues been the subject of political debate.  Never before has such famine overtaken the world populace. Here I do not speak of starvation for lack of bodily nourishment.  The world is hungering and starving for love.  Yet, when I send My Mother with Holy Love, and when I come Myself with Divine Love, even My friends challenge Me.  This will not deter us from our chosen path.  This Mission is eternal, just as love itself is eternal.  It reaches from Heaven to earth, and back again to Heaven through the Divine Will of My Father.  Evil will be defeated by a chain of events through this union of love..."

             "And he shall make all, both little and great, rich and poor, freemen and bondmen,
                 to have a character in their right hand, or on their foreheads.  And that no man might
                 buy or sell, but he that hath the character, or the name of the beast, or the number

10/5/02  (Jesus)  "....Satan, who was once waiting in the wings, is now on stage and accepting the accolades of many.  He will rise to power in the name of peace, but his peace will be based on lies.  Even many of My flock who have been faithful will be tricked into following him.  This is why you must be cautious in every present moment.  Base your decisions on Holy Love, for herein lies the truth and your eternal security.  Some of My lambs will make decisions based on financial security.  Whole nations will be led astray by this means.  As My remnant, you must choose truth in the face of leaders who chase false promises.  I tell you, the greatest threat today is Satan's action within hearts, for it is under the guise of good that he hides and accomplishes evil in the world.  Just as he appears to be winning, the United Hearts will come in triumph, and evil will be confounded once again as in ages past. 

"Satan thought himself victorious at My Crucifixion, but was confounded when I rose from the dead.  In this age he will be seated in power---but fall---when I return in glory and truth.  In the future, My little lambs, you will need to cling to the truth of the tenets of your faith with courage---tenacious courage.  Do not be discouraged by apostasy and heresy which will abound all about you.  Realize that this is part of the Cross that My remnant is asked to carry.  Prayer and sacrifice are the means by which you will find courage to accept your crosses.  The cross is My Victory.  When you cooperate with the cross, you are part of My Victory.  It is only through the cross that true victory comes.  My brothers and sisters, it is true that you are living in the world during uncertain times.  You do not know what God will require of you in the next present moment.  But be assured of My Mother's assistance, for Her Immaculate Heart is the Refuge of the remnant faithful.  Do not become fearful, then, but live in Faith, Hope and Love, and always trust.  Seek your refuge in My Mother's Heart which is Holy Love.  We're blessing you with the Blessing of Our United Hearts."

7/30/10 (Holy Love) - Alanus (one of Maureen's angels) says: "Praise be to Jesus.  I have come to discuss with you the role of angels in the salvation of souls. Angels are the soul's intercessor, protector and guide. It is angels who encourage souls to go deeper into Holy Love, Holy Humility and, therefore all the virtues."

"The guardian angel assigned to each soul encourages good and discourages evil. He inspires the heart to open to the inspirations of the Holy Spirit. He gives warning in the face of danger, whether it be physical, spiritual or emotional. The more the soul believes in his angel's assistance, the more assistance he receives."

'If the soul has some special mission to perform for Heaven, extra angels are given by God to help in the accomplishment of the mission."

"The soul in this life is never left unaided by his guardian angel, no matter if he be steeped in sin or not. In fact the graver the danger spiritually, the stronger the guardian angel's pull to bring the soul from the brink of perdition.  Many a deathbed conversion was won by the efforts of the guardian angel who works silently towards this end.  Pray fervently every day to please your angel, and always follow his lead."

"I have come to enlighten you as to the action of angels in your life and in the world today. Because we abide in Heaven, we are not constrained by time or space. This allows us to be in many places at the same time. We can move instantaneously between Heaven and earth. So it is, that your petitions are carried instantaneously from your heart to the Heart of God."

"We [the angels] are permitted to disguise ourselves as mortal beings in order to redirect free will or to initiate actions towards the fulfillment of God's plans.  We most often counter evil forces that threaten eternal life, and help the undecided to determine the path of righteousness. We can bring to fulfillment God's plans, thwarting mankind's evil inclinations by our influence."

"The most important point I make today is that people need to believe in the angels. The greater your faith in us, the more power we have to act. Thousands upon thousands of angels are present here on this property. They often appear as glittering lights.  Ask them to assist you."

Why are they called Archangels?  Angels have different powers and missions.  There is an ancient Book in the Old Testament called Tobias (not included in some Protestant Bibles).  The Archangel Raphael came from Heaven and traveled with the young Tobias to help him and his family.  He delivered Sara (his new wife) from the power of the devil that had killed her first 7 husbands, provided a healing for his blind father (Tobias Sr.), and secured money that was due to the family.  When the Archangel Raphael's earthly mission had been accomplished, he finally revealed himself with the following words:  "For I am the angel Raphael, one of the seven, who stand before the Lord."  ---Here, Raphael revealed that there are 7 special prominent Archangels.  As we know from Old Testament Scripture in the Book of Daniel (and at the Annunciation to Mary) Gabriel is another chief angel, or Archangel.

       O glorious Prince of the heavenly host, Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in the battle and in the fearful warfare that we are waging against the principalities and powers, against the rulers of this world of darkness, against the evil spirits.  Come thou to the assistance of men, whom Almighty God created immortal, making them in His own image and likeness and redeeming them at a great price from the tyranny of Satan.   Fight this day the battle of the Lord with thy legions of holy Angels, even as of old thou didst fight against Lucifer, the leader of the proud spirits and all his rebel angels, who were powerless to stand against thee, neither was their place found any more in heaven.  And that apostate angel, transformed into an angel of darkness who still creeps about the earth to encompass our ruin, was cast headlong into the abyss together with his followers.  But behold, that first enemy of mankind, and a murderer from the beginning, has regained his confidence.  Changing himself into an angel of light, he goes about with the whole multitude of the wicked spirits to invade the earth and blot out the Name of God and of His Christ, to plunder, to slay and to consign to eternal damnation the souls that have been destined for a crown of everlasting life.  This wicked serpent, like an unclean torrent, pours into men of depraved minds and corrupt hearts the poison of his malice, the spirit of lying, impiety and blasphemy, and the deadly breath of impurity and every form of vice and iniquity.  These crafty enemies of mankind have filled to overflowing with gall and wormwood the Church, which is the Bride of the Lamb without spot; they have laid profane hands upon her most sacred treasures.  Make haste, therefore, O invincible Prince, to help the people of God against the inroads of the lost spirits and grant us the victory.  Amen
